All selling pressure from yesterday and today at LCs getting fully absorbed, signalling accumulation. Seems set to shoot from here..either today or Monday. Need to keep a close watch to enter.

Someone is silently playing game here, Huge accumulation is going one.
After 2 UC, 9L Buyers was there but on 3rd day it intentionally hit LC and huge volume happened, So it is clerly seen as accumulation.

Maybe they are managing some kind of special fund for people looking for capital loss 🤣

​@Straight talk @Udayk Yes, very strange patterns on this one. Can’t recollect any other instance where I’ve observed a similar pattern. With this much accumulation over 3 sessions, we usually see UCs or significant upmove, neither has happened today. My only remaining guess on this is, that they are intentionally making minor movements on price (not letting it close at LC either) to accumulate as much as possible till the 10th day. To capitalise, once the circuit changes on the 11th day. Trouble is, we’ve only completed 5 sessions thus far.
Not sure what else to make of it.
Any thoughts anyone else?

Multiplier and Topgain atleast have names that suggest they want to make money. Mansi is in its own category.

Finally at UC today..a day late per previous observations, nevertheless there.

Haven't sold a single share yet. I'm alright at entering stocks, but bad at exiting... What's your plan?

I too am not really good at exiting.
There have been few shares in the past where I was sitting on over 100% gain and eventually exited at loss and sometimes made way more than what I could ever imagine by simply holding on for years.

I haven't thought about the exit plan yet, what are you thinking of doing ?
I am not following SME results, do you know when will it be out ?

​@rohiitian - entire EPC/Renewable energy sector is showing good up move.
Usually when a sectoral trend forms it stretches on the upside much more than we think.
APS, Alpex, KPGEL, Bondada, etc.
Looking at larger theme I think it can be held (but with caution, if trend reverses it may result in massive profit booking)
One short term danger I see if the election results in change of government then it could be highly negative for these stocks in short run.

If its news based, then last was production commencing in Rajasthan, and some approval for chip based rare metals and setup of new manufacturing plant. Since then its one way trend.

But less number of deals despite the positive sentiments hints this being driven due to euphoria and liquidity. Already at 10x, if you are holding still, i feel its not at all a bad choice to take a exit given the upcoming events.

Unfortunately I never bought nor was allotted 🥲 To be honest there was no reason to buy - it's moved way past fundamentals - even with newsflow you mentioned

Even at the time of IPO, many were skeptical given its fundamentals, much more so now. Many might take a profitable exit but chances are many will be stuck.

Was not allotted but then decided not to buy seeing it overstretched. I think sometimes its better to remain on the sidelines in some stocks as not every stock is profitable for everyone.

But I did receive few reco messages on w'app to bye Owais around 400, I ignored them completely as I usually do with reco messages.

@rohiitian Just a thought on SMEs which I want to share
These are such small companies that with couple of new deals their revenues can grow multifold.
Only promotor and his opertors would know about this in advance as the data would be available in the public domain only after the actual deal is won.
I feel one can also use technical angle to look at SMEs as price action may give some hints about the upcoming news either good/bad (Sometimes though it can be operator game too).

​@GrayIsTheNewBlack Missed this msg because the tagging didn't happen. I think there are some operators on X who keep posting, maybe just blindly buy small amount when they say they're bought. Their short term success rate is unbelievable when no visible fundamentals, so might be inside info like you said.

Had another qn. In most of these hot SME IPOs the QIB component is subscribed far lower than HNI & Retail. Have you explored setting up a fund / trust or something similar to take advantage? Is such a thing feasible?

​@rohiitian haven't really thought about setting up a fund as such but always wondered how its comparatively easier to make money for these funds especially in good SMEs.
From what I know minimum capital to be qualified as fund is way beyond my net worth.
Alternatively I've heard that there are AIFs where you can invest and they would in turn invest as QIBs in SMEs.
Maybe you can send emails to usual suspects who appear in Anchor/QIB list of SMEs to check if they run such AIFs
But as the profit will be divided among all the investors in the fund, I'm not sure how much we can make at individual level.

Btw one personal question, how do you take out time to read all the RHPs in depth along with your regular job ?
For me sometimes, just applying multiple IPOs becomes overwhelming (due to transfers involved from one account to another and on top of that my bank frequently blocks the debit access on any transfer above 10 lakhs 😞)

​@GrayIsTheNewBlack I was wondering if there's a family office type possibility. Can even pool a few friends and get to minimum threshold depending on what that threshold is (if it's 5-10 cr, that's not hard to get to). It needs SEBI approval of course. Couldn't find any great reading material on this.

I'm on a sabbatical before my next thing, so have extra time. And now have strong validation that markets are more lucrative (and interesting) than any job :)

​@rohiitian - Also, a very strong UC, haven't been breached or even came close to breaching even once.
Two possibilities -
1. Maybe genuine buyers have entered, in this case UC may continue for sometime
2. Flippers entered, in this case we might see selling pressure tomorrow itself.

Will have to pay 2*1600 to grey broker as my deal was at 25.
Anyways post listing UC, covered up the cost to be paid to the broker.

​@rohiitian But if you consider the GMP till the day of IPO close, it was around 32%. It is just that post IPO close it fell suddenly to 10%.

Again, generally when you have anchor & qib, we can to a large extent trust the company I guess.

Also Atmastco has crossed 215 today.. holding 1 lot @140. Should sell or hold for medium term as business prospects are bright in future

​@Esparando I don't rely on GMP. Valuations on FY23 are cheap, but hard to predict how market would value FY24 YTD underperformance, so I'm a bit conservative.

​@rohiitian - still holding full quantity in Idea as the upward trend is strong.
I think we should hold on this one till the trend reverses, with this approach may have to sell at a lower price than current one but this also gives an opportunity to exit at higher levels if the strong upward trend continues for few days.

Any views on Varya/Shivam
I feel Shivam is avoid, while Varyaa could be worth a risk (but there's definite possibility of discount listing given the shady record of LM).

​@GrayIsTheNewBlack Yes my initial plan was to hold till Monday at least, didn't expect such a quick bounce up. But will keep tracking.

Shivam looks a straight avoid. Vaaryaa numbers look decent - margins are very strong unlike typical jewellery trading biz like Koura that have 4% EBITDA, 2% PAT. Suggests some value add as long as numbers are not cooked. Still to take a final call - haven't had time to hunt down promoter interviews.

Applied Shivam Chemicals instead - it was fundamentally avoid but something was cooking there, hence took chance to bag 1-2 lots (assuming not more than 10% listing downside)

Why do you feel something cooking in Shivam? @GrayIsTheNewBlack

​@rohiitian - I'm not sure fundamentally but from listing perspective it does seem like.
The issue was able to bag decent subscription towards the end with zero support from grey market, indicating informed people have subscribed the issue in NII category.
This is my theory - may work/may backfire.
Varyaa on the other hand was struggling to receive any subscription, else that would have been a better bet when it comes to financials (assuming not cooked up).

Did anything with IDEA & Ramdev Solvent ?

Tejas Ji I was planning to hold when indicative price at NSE Emerge was around 100 but at 9.43 it rose to 112...So sold in preopen... congratulations for your profit
