One thing learn from this Ipo ,, Apply full force that ipo where gmp is minimum 15-25%..But Not apply in Rainbow and Lic..God saves me ...

Now that this company has fooled the investors, let us see how much LIC fools them. Good going regulators, SEBI and Merchant bankers all hand in glove.

Guys one more thing I want to discuss...if big players are interested then they can sell first for atleast 2-3 days...but after that a very good rally came...and might this stock goes all time high and give decent returns...so wait for atleast 3-4 days don't panic...

@Varshaa: please do not make personal attacks on anyone. Not just Dilip Davda sir, many others have given a subscribe rating to Rainbow, but from a long term perspective

I think govt should rethink new HNI rules, as small Hnis who got 14 lots, dont have much holding power

and big HNI lose interest as they have very limited quantity to play with,

Now IPO honeymoon is over, HNI subscription will not go much high and will decrease the GMP and holding power.

So much selling pressure because of 14 lots allotted,

This new rule will hot IPOs very badly

Guys don't sell in panic.. always wait for atleast 3-4 days... company kahi nahi jari ...you were invested in company... company sales growth good margins are good asset are good..this panic were created to sell shares by retailers...so wait for atleast 3-4 days

@Dipendu: isn’t the PE lower than the peer group? It may not be underpriced but it still is reasonable.

I feel that this IPO is a victim of the new ipo allotment rules. Buyers are in no hurry to purchase since listing happened at a discount and hnis who have received too many lots are in a hurry to sell quickly because they want to get their capital back.
