You are Great to remember most of the forum's reputed members (privileged to be included in that list, not sure if i deserve it though), may be only missed few. I will take the honor in replying you.

Fairly managed hospital chains are going to reap rewards to the shareholders as per my limited knowledge. This is a ''apply'' for long term investment (also possible listing gains strategy).

Since I too am included in the list of great members........
I will apply in this IPO, Category to decide later.
After allotment in this IPO, having new allotment rules, I will be surely comfirm the allotment procedure in Retail and Small HNI category and will request MRavi. to confirm the same in Big HNI allotment.
Assuming new rules are as per my understanding.

If issue is 1x+ subscribed, it does not matter 14 / 28 as 14 lots will be allotted in lottery. (I think)

Total 15% to both HNI

5% will allotted to small HNI . if subscription more than that , it will be lottery otherwise proportionate after allocating minimum lots (2L+). Same as retail only the number of lot differ.

10% will be allotted to Big HNI .if subscription more than that , it will be lottery

Hello, what i get from reading the SEBI circular carefully is as follows,

If Small HNI subscription is more than 1x application wise (note : it is 1x application wise not value wise), than there is lottery basis,

If Small HNI subscription is less than 1x application wise but more than 1x value wise , than there is proportionate allotment.
