Bid Status showing ''A'' means Applied I guess, It will not change. What you should check is IPO Status which will say "Executed". It will change to "Allotted" or "Not Allotted" once allotment is out probably by tomorrow afternoon.

Pro tip,. Always Google for upcoming buybacks and if there''s an announcement about to happen buy immediately even before seeing the price, this will give you upper hand and a good margin in the buyback.

GAIL buyback record date was last week of January, which now has well passed. So now who are buying can not participate in buyback @ 150/-.Than why GAIL share price is increasing even now?
