In HNI, applying using multiple bids (with same price for every bid but different lot sizes for each bid) - May I know how this would be considered during allotment process ?

Would the application be part of lottery/allotment process for each lot (since 3 bids with different lots are applied) ?

​@Esparando Even if you do that, the amount for the application will be considered which is the highest among 3 bids. And this selected bid will then treated for allotment / lottery.

​@Arun Jindal Your lot category if has enough applicants for more than 50% of total subscription, i.e. around 150 then only its possible to get allotment, otherwise there is a possibility to miss out getting in the lottery altogether.

The issue is going to close within a few hours. Many members and investors are looking into subscription figures for final decision. At this time I want to share my views. A small size issue with good subscription figures. GMP good at present. Stable and same from last 8 days. Neither going up or going down. Strange. Business model total different. Some positive points.
Now some negative points. The main concern is equity holding. At very low end. About 41% post this issue. Definitely a concern. Some big customers. Is it enough for the business ?
Not a big business model. Financials, in my opinion, so, so. No doubt borrowings are manageable. No pre payment of any borrowings. Listing likely at good level and if so any type of circuit is possible. Not likely to list below issue price, I think. Allotment difficult.
Applying 2 in retail category. I know that allotment is not possible at all, for me. But taking a chance as finds are available with me.
Don't follow blindly, me or others.

Beware of Maashitala

​@MuStrFc They always 1 day delay to publish allotment after that 1 more days delay for fund un-block. Some of the bank not un block after 3-4 days also.

I guess that will not be relevant for many in this instance since nearby IPOs are less. Still rightly said that Maashitla is lethargic as anything.
