Similar situation like Mankind pharma where everything is good but not pricing.
Big issue size , familiar brands , high growth in business , more OFS part , 4 digit issue price.
Mankind was priced at 1080 while RR 1035

After discounting all possible pros and cons I am going to apply in retail on last day. However not expecting listing like mankind as in case of mankind there was little difference between issue price and expected price ( 900-950 range ) while in the case of RR expectation was around 500-550 range. Here in this issue I am expecting listing around 1100-1150 range.

May apply retail but not BHNI in this IPO.

Having earned a lot from polycab.. May be I am baised but I find the valuation ridiculously expensive.

Forward PE also comes out to be extremely expensive.. my calculation says 42 forward PE (it may differ since expected profits are technically an assumption).

And based on past average PE of 17 Rs, it come to 60+.

So may be Anchor list may change my mind on applying BHNI. But as yet it's ridiculously expensive valuation..

RATNAVEER का हाल देखो,पहले दिन UC DELIVERY 64LAC,आज LC
GMP पर एक बार भी नहीं आया। देखते हैं,आगे क्या होगा
वैसे अभी तक RR छोड़ने का मन है, लगभग सारा OFS है,माल कौन संभालेगा।

Waiting for anchorbook to see if mutual funds are interested or not.
Most probably will split my funds for RR KABEL and CHAVDA INFRA🔥avoiding others all which are clashing

Is it like that if we apply 70 lots or 140 lots in bhni. Ot doesn't matter as it will go in lottery. Or if I apply for 140 lots in bhni, my allotment chances will increase

@UjwalG I will take your little bit of time. I applied for 138 lots in ems. Is it really worth or shall I go down to minimum bhni lot?

sirji, higher lots doesnt makes sense at all.SME ipo has proportionate rule in hni categories not mainboard ipo's.
Since now you have applied in bhni, you cannot revise the bid downwards, bids in hni can only be revised upwards & also cannot be cancelled. So try arranging some demats and split this amount and apply in next ipo's. Only rule to follow in ipo is, higher the number of application=higher the chances of getting one.
Chances in bhni >> shni~retail in most of the ipo's. Happy investing.
Word of caution from me, i think this is your first time applying in ipo , applying in hni will give you 2lk worth of shares. So you shld be able to handle the gain/loss associated with it. Most of the hni's dont keep for long term and sell at listing only.
