L&T BUY BACK

I have 80sh of L&T and got mail for 1sh buy back.
In My wife account 50sh L&t k hai, and she got mail for 11sh buy back.

Why this difference 😦😦

Your wife got email as per retail entitlement and you got email as per hni entitlement.

In order to be eligible for retail category maximum 67 shares should have been demat on record date.

Since you held more than that you came under hni category while your wife holding lesser shares came under retail category.

guys ek doubt clear krna ha,, mene ek new demat open kia tha family member ka based on his PAN,, but jab mene buyback apply kia toh ek bhi buyback accept nahi hua,, aisa kyu hua??/ us account se ab tak 20 ipo apply kr chuka hu ek bhi nahi mila.....
toh documents me kya requirement ha same chiz hone ka( jaise name same hona chaiye in PAN, AADHAN AND BANK) for allotment.
Me ek new demat+bank account open krne ka sochra hu for the same above family member..HDFC me khulvau kya?? and if yes, charges ka idea ha toh kuch batana....

1. Don't believe in rumors, no-one can predict the listing price as we all know. If that is the case then GMP should go completely -ve before 2PM tomorrow.

2. Watch QIB before applying! I'm quite sure, QIB will come heavily tomorrow post 2PM.

3. Take your own risk!

No doubt it's overpriced IPO but Anchor list looks strong. If QIB cross 20-25, which is highly possible, it can give a good listing gain and also easy allotment as compared to other open IPOs

I respect basuvr and krishna T opinion.
I posted what i heard from senior brokers. The promotors are now pumping some grey market money to save the IPO.
QIB will also be managed (anyway they are already there in anchor),
HNI plus retail will get 1000 crore of shares ,
Question is, will they come to buy on listing day.
Rumours are discount deal ho gai hai.
Long term investment ki taiyari rakho.
Waise mai pehle bhi kai bar galat prove hua hoo, share market har roz mujhe surprise kar deta hai

I agree with everyone but rumors are rumors and I keep saying QIB will reasonably say, whether to apply or not with the risk?

No-one here backing this IPO other than brand but leave everything apart and ask these questions self:

1. Will I apply if QIB crosses 50 by 2.30 PM?
2. Will these questions come again after QIB crosses 100?
3. Are we sure about positive listing after QIB crosses 100?

I guess no easy answers but we need to decide accordingly considering risk till listing due to over-valuation and heavy OFS.

No-body had assumed such dilemma for such a great RR Kabel brand. Sometime, i thought to better watch RRR movie but again my mind pushing to watch everyone's valuable posts if it makes my mind! But so far no :)

Please leave this IPO if you can't answer to above questions NOW!

First Pan, then bank account and then demat account. But taxation for just husband and wife in HUF is different (check in detail). Also the corpus for it has to be properly declared in the agreement of HUF. HUF are scrutinized properly so have all records

I won't be applying here until QIB crosses 75 times and if I apply as well then I will exit on listing day.
I am not very much convinced with this company due to lowest margin in the segment and expensive valuation rest other things are fine in this.
I have given my detailed opinion about this company on this page so you may look them as well.

Current subscription:
sHNI/bHNI - 5-8 times (minimum for sure)
Retail - 2-3 times

If QIB ~30 times:
sHNI/bHNI - 10-14 times
Retail - 3-4 times

If QIB 50+ times (I DO SEE THIS BECAUSE HEAVY QIB SUBSCRIPTION WILL COME TOMORROW POST NOON):

Your app wise 3 is very low for 100+ QIB.

It is hard to give accurate but predicated similar for EMS and Basilic; those had quite +ve sentiment, +ve market and GMP was slightly stable. RR is one more my guess and i'm sure it can vary with QIB, let's see.

Atleast, i'm sure this will help us to subscribe or not considering GMP and company valuation is not giving clear picture like others. However, fundamentally strong and something is contradicting with others (especially low and decreasing GMP).

I THINK MARKET IS OBSERVE THE SELLING PRESSURE FROM FII AND OTHER BEAR GANG.
MAIN BOARD IPO LISTING MAY AFTERT THE YATHARTH IPO MAY CARRY EITHER BOTH PLUS 5 AND MINUS 5 RETURN WILL GIVE BUT NOW R R KABEL MAY SOME ATTRACTION ON LISTING PRICE AND LISTING DAY.
REASONS:-
1. GOOD ANCHOR BOOK
2. REVENUE GROWTH
3. PEERS ARE IN GOOD TREND.
