Can anyone share information about no of application in SHNI and BHNI Categories? Retail already 1.03 times application wise and only one lot will be allotted in this irrespective of number of lots applied.

Does anyone know any bank which allows money to be in fd and still block it for asba? Without creating fd? Anyone experience with activmoney of kotak811?

Yes Bank, without sweeping in till debit on allotment

Korak811 is good and there are many other bank who allow this.

Hdfc/ICICI asba issue:
Is that everyone feels pain when they apply ASBA through HDFC/ICICI BANK where they have to enter manually long dmat number and keep checking 3-4 times that number is correct or not bze incase if write wrong dmat then will it go to any existing dmat holder (like third party), if number is valid.
And if entered dmat number is iinvalid then amount will be still blocked.
So in both cases we are in trouble.
In some other bank, like IndusInd or SBI, you can register the applicant before and just select when u apply.

Is there any better way to deal this with HDFC/ICICI bank ASBA? This specially more torture where u have many dmat account and bank account and u have to apply many applications and newrby 2:30-3pm.

Mitro, mujhe nahi pata, ye upar open hoga ya niche, to mai ye nahi bata sakta apply karo ya nahi.
Agar aapko regular IPO allotment milta rehta hai, regular profit loss chalte rehta hai, aur thoda bahot risk lene ki tayari hai aur patience hai to laga sakte ho.
Agar aapko bahot dino se koi IPO nahi mila hai, to soch samajh kar lagao. Iska allotment mil gaya aur ye loss me open hua to aapka IPO aur Bhagwan par se bharosa uth jayega.
Aam taur pe mai nahi batata kya karna chahiye, but this is my friendly advise. Ye mere jaise sadharan investors ke liye hai, experts mujhse behtar jante hain.
