GMP of RK Swamy is higher. I feel safer in high GMP because of less chance of negative listing. My comment is based on GMP. I have not studied fundamentals of these companies

This looks like a glitch, as the time of "0" GMP is always 6:03am, so maybe the update/refresh is happening at that time with no data and hence page would be showing NIL value

I checked fii activity in moneycontrol and saw fii index opt -992241 cr in 24. How can one take money from F&O? It is squared off after trading. Similarly for indext future and stock opt. Big negatives. What it means?

FIIs have been net sellers for most parts of the new year so far : probably because the Indian Markets looks over valued to them, or they have better opportunities globally that give them value for money. Another reason for selling is still higher interest rates that continue to remain elevated, pushing equity markets down. But that trend is seen to be slightly changing from last week.

​@MuStrFc That fine but how can one take money from F&o. If it is stocks then one can take money, but how from F&o. They expire monthly and weekly. So how can one invest and sell and take money at home?

I have 2 concerns
1. Issue Price
2. Debt to Equity ratio
Both are way too high for a marketing company

6 month profit is just 7 crores and post pe is above 90...looks expensive

I agree with @Admin @ Chittorgarh.com since I feel that they aren't obligated to provide estimates of financials since this isn't a research forum. Also, right or wrong, the methodology has been mentioned and we can all have a view on it but expecting them to provide estimates is taking it a bit too far. It's a slippery slope where the next bump will be expectation of accuracy of estimates etc and like I said I don't believe that to be the intent of the CG forum.

Well, this is the another example of short notice IPO. While this IPO is opening on February 01, 2024 for Anchors and from February 04 to 06 for others, its RHP was made available only on 28th Morning and also the Road Show was conducted on the same date. With this kind of eleventh hour working, investors get very little time to evaluate the IPO and decide on investment plans. While the HNI and QIB bunch of investors are well aware and informed, Retail investors get deprived of it. Its for Regulators and concerned authorities to do some thing in this regard.

Who cares .... Fundamentals are not so good but not so bad as well... But considering the valuation and the industry its on i feel like its going to have a hard time during pre-market. On top of that, if the market tomorrow (07/03/2024) goes a gap down surely it will have an adverse impact. Profitability in that scenario will be out of question...!
