In my case, have received the QH IPO allotment of just 1 lot out of the 2 applied for.
However, the Link in time site is yet to update the same, just now checked there too.

At around 12 noon, I had checked via blink and it reflected the allotment status.

Yes, it is showing Prakash & Sons instead of Quick Heal. You can verify by lead manager and Bid price.

Fact is that, linkintime wants retailers to blink application only,so they puts prakash sons always.....

I am checking status for allotment on linkintime and it says no record found , Does this mean that not alloted to me ..or somethng else

I mis-read your posting of EX-date as Record date.

As the Record date is 08-02-2016 and you have purchased shares on 04-02-2016 which were to be delivered on 08-02-2016, you are entitled for DIVIDEND.

Relevant part of company communication is as under:
"Container Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that February 08, 2016 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The Interim dividend will be paid / dispatched to the shareholders on or after February 15, 2016. The payment of dividend will be made within 30 days of its declaration"
