I agree ... giving out this kind of data makes you a potential victim of fraud ... but I guess the people here are generally naive .. and do not realise how vulnerable they are

People give out their Mobile and PAN numbers so easily in the public domain ... to complete strangers ... I pity them ...

No Septa. QH has been slapped a case of tax evasion and fraud to the tune of 1407million Rs on 28 Jan 2016 and QH in its statement said that it will challenge it in court on 02 Feb 2016. The same was however not attached to its DRHP as annexures which again amounts to fraud again with its investors.

Lets see how the smart investors like FIIs n HNIs take the news. Its just a matter of 2 days now.

No wonder the GMP has slipped to 2-3 Rs.

Have you seen the date of the DRHP? ... their DRAFT RED HERRING PROSPECTUS is Dated September 29, 2015 ... so how could this matter have been included in that document ?

moreover, it is not a notice of Fraud ... its a notice issued by the Service Tax Department ... and the matter has been well documented by the Company with SEBI ...

the Media is sensationalising the whole thing unnecessarily ....

Oh!! These types of issues are there. surprising. There should be a column here afterwards in the prospectus made compulsory.

You must have applied in many IPOs ... Have you ever even opened a prospectus before applying ?

even with disclosure it is big overhang plus past records plus how many read red herring not many

Dear Eagleye, the said info can be added as anexures or addendums to the original DRHP with permission of SEBI at a latter stage too. It was not done. As far as media is concerned, I do not see any news on the topic anywhere. This however was learnt from SEBIs website.

If QH loses the case it would be a big negative becathe companies net profit would present 1850 million rupees. This makes its future growth prospects look extremely weak and the stock would tank like no other stock has. Hence, I would not like to hold this stock in my portfolio any time sooner.

Please open the SEBI links I have given hereinabove ... they are "Addendum" and "Corrigendum" to the RHP ...

Moreover I would give enough credit to SEBI for being very proactive in such matters ... If there was even an iota of suspicion by SEBI of any kind of fraud or malafide intent by the Company ... Don''t you think SEBI would have acted to have the IPO withdrawn by now ... ???

LOL! me ever opening a prospectus...I just blindly apply if its recommended good by experts and thats it. Experienced are talking about issues not mentioned in the prospec, I m just expressing my gratitude to you all on educating me!!

I feel there should be a column (if at all its not there), that mentions all negatives about an issue and of course, NOT in microscopic letters!!.

and For Your information, I have applied in my life time, 7 IPOs. allotted in 3-4 I think. One IPO in 2005-2006 and the rest in 2015-16.
