For trading in shares, its a basic rule NOT TO TRADE with borrowed money. Don''t repeat it further strictly.

Even if you are in profits, the interest will go and nullify your profits. Remember the 2004-5 Rpower IPO? There were few other IPOs like powergrid, where people who invested just 30 k or so got back double times (30 k profit alone). Impressed by these type of news, I applied for Rpower. I had only 50 k cash. That time the full lot was around 96 k. The rest of the money, I arranged a gold loan and applied full lot. But suddenly there was a crisis in market like its now and went negative. Thankfully, I was not alloted a single share. Still, I had to pay some 2000 Rs for gold loan - so thats a loss. Then I came back after 2013-14 elections after the markets revived. Still, last year, I made around 20 k loss, but thats okay for now.

People think by taking loan we can achieve things, but don''t calculate exactly how much we lose in loans. We think monthly instalments are small but indirectly we lose a lot. Slow down your mind and think.


Now, everybody is canvasing us to take car loans, personal loans, credit card and all types of loans. I am strict no no! Don''t think 10 L is huge and speculate. You can speculate only very small % of what you have. Before my dad died, I had chance of flying in all types of airlines 6-7 times a year. He had access to 60 cars that would come to him at anytime and for me too if I wanted. I did a lot for my family members, but saved nothing. Immediately after the day he died, I was so hungry the next morning and my own brother denied just 10 Rs for a coffee @local bakery, I was penniless then. My studies were gone....but there were other avenues for me to work hard and regain and able to survive now - thats a different story!

Today''s world is like this. Be very very careful with your money and loans. Nature has given us some gifts. This forum is a gift, and many good people are educating us here. Rajeev Kumar singh, has given message that he has squared off all holdings. Next day, we say 800 points falling. .

Let''s the education. Let''s not be in a hurry. In markets, if you follow broker calls and hurry, only brokers benefit. Its better to learn a lot, even if it takes time. We will come @ one stage that we know something. Only at that time, trade in sure-shots. No cat-on-the wall trades.

Sorry for the long msg, but I wanted to convey you some thing. I m ashamed for my auto biography, but that was in an intention to educate other small investors. Just forget the past, be careful in future and cheer up!!

BULLS OF INDIA GMP is misleading. He is a new bee and just for this IPO he is comenting. GMP is 0.

Now the BEARS OF FOREIGN are biting the BULLS of INDIA.

Bulls of india ,u r very right,precision was not a market leader it was very ordinary model,i warned very early not to apply in it and said team lease apply for decent listing gains.....

Guys if you are wondering why Indian market has been worst in these days. check urself all stock market except india have recovered and its only Indan stock market which has gone down.There are no Global jitters

Let me tell you a few reasons for it. Raghram Rajan whom u people have lot of faith has done a blunder. He has asked Banks to include all the write off and bad loan in this qtr. this has result in banks showing extreme losses. when your banks and financial sector shows bad results it leads to downfall and bad sentimenst even in stock market.
what this has caused is Indian market lost confidence and appears to be in bear territory.
While i am confident next qtr results will be good but there was no reason to maintain negative sentiments when you need to enthpositive env for investment purpose

Wil you all people agree that a economy showing 7.4 GDP would be worst stock market in world now?

Time for Rajan and Arun Jaitley to give some response and what they are doing from their end to enhinvestment.

Idiotic of you. They are there to manage nation not day to day stock market.. There is no governor lyk RR. Coming to point if u know there are some bad assets in balance sheet why not create provision? U dont want to create just bcz u ppl want good result.

We all have to think that "if you, me or any of us had taken loan from Bank, we all pay in time, Bank takes safety margin nearly 50& and if not Bank know how to recover. But in the case of these Bad loans, I am not able to understand that, why Banks can not recover these amount. Is it due to big names and supported by politicians?"

Guys, make sure you exit on opening price else you will be stuck in this stock forever. I advised earlier they have no scope in business and its profit are decreasing and slowly it will be a loss making company. Also its owner does not look confident on its own business.
