According to Quess drhp, co says no comparable peers, but RHP says comparable to Teamlease.
TL currently trading around at 56 pe of fy16 eps of 15.93,Naukari in staffing business (though not fully comparable) trades @68pe of ttm eps of 11.71.
Current gmp seems justified.
Even if retail had 35% quota, allotement chance would have been less ie 1/7 @ 10% quota 1/25.

Look at the facts:
a)      Quess DRHP is dated February 1, 2016
b)      & Quess RHP is dated June 20, 2016
c)      Teamlease got listed on February 12, 2016

Therefore, the Quess DRHP says no comparable peers, whereas the RHP says peer comparable is Teamlease.

You are right.
Ipo forms had all this vital info of, basis of issue price > quantitative factors, printed, till asba forms were made compulsory. Now one has to search for everything.

Wrong information on l&t. Its not coming on 11th.

Until we do not hear of the official announcement on L&T infotech dates ... until then nothing is confirmed ...

Hence I mentioned do not covert L&T in to L&T Infotech , but it will not be like L&T finance , to Rs 62 to Rs 40 , now trading at Rs 75 L&T finance was good buy at Rs 40 when it dropped , NOW not likely to come at issue price , since L&T finance was an very big issue it had to revise it price and extend the day of IPO , This is not the case with L&T infotech ,as on today pl remember that L&T infotech is still not an portfolio stock , but later on can be ,

L&T finance to some extend today can be an portfolio stock at Rs 70 ,and stop loss of Rs 65

But ... the interest cost for HNI applicants is Rs.120/-

So, if it lists below 541/- then they will be making a loss on this IPO

L& T 875-925 what is its means price band or application rates or gray market primium

Now L&T is not like previous L&T (which was 15-20 years ago). Last issue L&T Finance didn''t give any returns to investors. All brokerage houses are now little bit bearish on IT segment and L&T want to list it''s IT arm. Company knows in long term company will not get good response to it''s IT arm. This is the reason company want to list as soon as possible. Otherwise company windrows it''s listing plan 2 - 3 times. Instead of blindly apply we need to see all aspects financials, growth, customer base etc.

L&t infotech is confused in it self. As I think we should not invest in such type of company,which do not have confidence on their business.

In this blog, so any persons are wrote that we are not get allotment In guess Corp. It''s very tough ratio to get allotment in this IPO? Someone wrote that if you apply for 25 application than you get one lot.... so is it subscribe so many times?
