I read somewhere that retail investors are guaranteed of their allotment even it''s oversubscribed as per new series rules. Is that true?

Just to clarify. Even in that article link you have shared it says that SEBI has made all retail investors equal meaning if you have applied 1 lot or max lot your application has same value earlier the max lot guy got preference. This is the only thing that has changed.

Allotment is still proportional as they can only allot shares that are available and if there are too many then some will get shares and some don''t that''s why it is now a lottery system and it is better for all to apply only 1 lot.

Bahubali ji, where did you come to know that who subscribed on last day will not get allotment ??

Is there source from where we can know totatl number of retail applications??? - this figure will ultimately decide % of allotment

IPO allotment will be in FCFS basis. So those who applied on last day will not get allotted

Your application is rejected,nothing has been done so there is no question of allotment.

Always apply 1 or 2 lots to get allotted.

I have applied 13 lots in Mahnagar IPO. Zero allotted.

Dont waste your mobile data. Allottment is very tuff this time.

If some one buy kostak @400 he paying 400 × 26 = 10400
If he got one lot from it( as its total subscribe form wise 26 time )
and sale @ 200 premium on opening day as gmp indicate he get 9000
1400 loss
