Seems made mistake. As per latest news.........it can give block buster returns. It has monopoly business in some types of Tests in India.

Me too was thinking of seeing last minute subscription figures, but due to some other work missed it. Think I missed the chance, since other sme ipos will get subscribed heavily, and this one less when compared to others

Not applied as I had a bad experience with Graphis Ads.

Here NII figure is bigger than Retail. The most interesting fact is that QIBs & Corporates have been participated in this issue very well which is hidden. Looking to these figures, have subscribed well as per my capacity. I have taken my call, now let's see, what Ramji have decided for all those who have applied in this issue.

- Post Ipo promoter holding gives comfort
- post ipo PE of 18 is below Industry average
- although one time profit which will take post ipo PE to 30
- company showing consistent growth in Net profit
- high borrowings have supported high growth that's a concern.
- ipo proceeds will be used to pay significant Debt
- client include leading majors like Glenmark patanjali Hul Pepsi and Cipla
- qualitek operates in niche segment having International presence as well
- very very strong Core team with average Management experience of 15 years plus
- Tie ups with Malaysia Company and only company in the world approved for TUV NORD EMC tests ( outside America )
- despite high borrowings Material credit to msme was under 5 cr
- New LM posses some risk however last issue by this LM is up by whooping 5 times in 1 year.
- company might be on track to show more than 50 per YOY growth
- lab is not limited to one industry and services multiple industries

All in all seems to be strong contender for long term wealth creator provided the company is able to keep the borrowings low and add new clients.

Who are market makers having quota.

If 4 people applied for 60 lots, only 3 will get allotment. 5 people applied, only 4 will get. I guess, this is the reason for non allotment.

​@VIPVIP Cummulative demand is sum total of BSE & NSE subscription which is shown in for mainline IPO.Since this IPO is only BSE IPO,question of cummulative demand does not arise.
