Hi Guys, Issue looks interesting to me…new business initiative and robust expansion plans…this is all I would say.
Below are few comments from Business Standard:
The Indian film industry is the largest film industry in the world in terms of number of films produced and admissions each year. Film entertainment sector is expected to get more corporatised and is projected to grow at 18 per cent to become a Rs 15,300 crore industry by 2010 from the current level of Rs 6,800 crore thanks to economic growth, rising income levels, consumerism, coupled with technological advancements and policy initiatives taken by the government, that encourage inflow of investments into this sector.
The revenues have grown at a CAGR of 57 per cent from FY02-FY05. The operating profit margin of the company is lower then that of its peers. But analysts feel that this business is a high volume-low margin business.
'At the upper end of the price band, the stock would trade at a P/E multiple of 28.9 times our estimated FY07 EPS of Rs 3.5, which compares favourably with its peers. Even on other valuation parameters, the issue looks attractive,' says Hitesh Agrawal, an analyst at Angel Broking.
