At first look, Pyramid Technoplast IPO looks decent. Only the low GMP and T-group listing are matters of concern at this point. Will apply with FF if QIB crosses 30x and exit at listing. Tough allotment mostly. Thanks.

4. Allotment chances are quite high
5. LM records are good (No history of Downside)

But I would recommend to apply for small listing gains app.15%
But a risk factor of T2T , the stock can be untradable for 2-3 days(possibly)
So a risk of -7-8%

OFS of IRFC is expected during 2023. To reduce the Govt. Hoding to 75%. The share price of IRFC corrected from down to upwards very strongly in also a very short period. It is observed that whenever any OFS of any PSU is planned to enter market, the share prices is corrected in positive
Just a few days back RVNL OFS entered the market, the share price of share gained a lot before and fetched a good amount to reach the disinvestment targets.
Same happened here in IRFC. Better for the investors to exit and take decision according to the investment strategy.

Only about 15% quota for QIBs

USK don't have anchor which ignored by many due to strong promotion by few members by the news of aggressive gmp. This possess anchor.
Small size issue always have capacity to surprise all on either side. Risk reward -10 to 20% resp.

As per my knowledge T2T Segment company had mkt cap limit of 500cr so why this stock consider in T2T Segment.

Is it because the stock is going to list in T group, grey market deals are not much happening? or are there more reasons?

In mainboard IPOs, allotment in all categories is based on lottery.
For SHNI, based on lottery, you will either get 14 lots or nothing.

If we apply 5 lot as a retail category, and we got allotment so how much lot will be allot 5 lot or 1 lot

I know there was allotment issue in IDFC IPO long time back. May be money from that ipo, who did not get allotment.
