You can open a demat but not trading account for a minor. If minor is allotted shares in IPO then first those shares has to be transferred to any one''s demat account offline and then you can sell.

* Clearly Avoid.
* No active GMP.
* T group factor - Chances of getting trapped if hitted Lower Circuit on Listing Day.You won''t be able to exit on listing day.
* Listing Range 190 - 195 . After that likely to fall down to 170 - 175 level within few days like S Chand and CL Edu.
* Anchor Investors are also only domestic.
* Remember Karvy is not only Registrar but also BRLM and its past records are not so impressive .

I do agree with you that Ahmedabad based PSP project along with JMC project ( I am holding since April 2014) are good companies and well known for their project execution....

But the IPO price is too high hence it should be avoided as they are trying to reap benefit from market momentum....

People laughing and maligning you looks in bad taste....having fun is different but maligning not acceptable.....

Hope senior members like septa too understand this as he has gone through it recently.....
