I am a civil engineer and I live in ahmedabad.

I don''t know much technical about share market and ipo.

One thing I can say as a civil engineer and have watched working of psp closely that they are best in speed and quality of construction.
So called T group company can give tough fight to L&T also in terms of the way they execute the projects.

Its dmart for a construction guy but less known outside gujarat. PS patel is not less than radha krishnan.

Its a strong horse and they knew it that''s why its expensive.

It might list in negative but a sure bet for long term. Returns guaranteed.

I don''t trust this company. The assets have tripled in five years however there is no such increase in revenue. there is a steep rise in Revenue for mar 16 which does not match with dec 16 figures. Dec 16 should be around 3600-3700 million. I sense a revenue manipulation. I haven''t seen the detailed RHP yet. But it is alarming at present times.

Moreover, share prices don''t only depend upon financials, they also depend upon Corporate Governance. Such financial statements don''t seem to represent the true and fair view. This my personal opinion.

you trust company or not. now its too late bcz ipo is close and people who were interested in IPO they made their application in it.now seat till commencement of trading.
Its not time of analysis, time for watching Gain/Loss.and learn something from this situation.

even if the value is high if the company is good and makes profit every year without making loss then we will get returns.Being infrastructure company if still makes profit every year then it is less chance that this company will dissappoint.But still fingers cross.
