Should we go for apply in prudent ipo? Hostpacker, septa, learnersk, Ipobull, eVA, dinesh, avenue, suneel, lokes, mravi, arun, eagle &owls eyes, noorul, aniketiaf, rajakumar and all family persons in group

I'm not applying here. There are better players in market with cheaper price. Look what happened to Rainbow today.

I will only apply Venus if QIB subscription is good.

@Suneel, Qib sub of rainbow was good. Unless exchange don't supply HNI break data, donot apply in this space as suggested by other expert in this group. Let the market digest and accept new normal economic situations.

Another thing going against this Prudent IPO is that funds will remain blocked with LIC IPO.

Based on the subscription levels till now, the listing of this IPO is predicted to be very bad.

Prudent Corporate My analysis:
1- Business- Company started in 2000 as financial service group . At present into mutual funds, insurance, equities, bonds, PMS, AIF, fixed income products, properties and loan products.
2- Company owns three subsidiaries- Prudent broking which is into stock broking, gennext insurance which is into insurance and prudent financial services
3- Promoter- sanjay shah a CA and has a strong experience in this field.
4- Business present in across 20 states and have 105 branches.
5- Risk- Competitive. a litigation ( outstanding criminal case in which the Economic Offences Wing has issued notices to
Prudent Comder Private Limited (since merged with our Subsidiary, Prudent Broking Services Private
Limited (“PBSPL”)), our Promoter and a director of our Subsidiary and there is an outstanding SEBI
matter against PBSPL, which if determined in an adverse manner, may result in a loss of license of
PBSPL and consequently may adversely impact our future operations, reputation and profitability) Copied from RHP
6-Pure OFS of 539 Cr. Company receives no money
Selling shareholders get the money. Wagner selling 50% of its stake, will have 20% of the equity of Prudent from 40% pre-issue.
7- Financials- looks Good. Assets increasing, Pat increasing, Revenue increasing.
8- valuations- ( 9 months ended EPS- 13.94 So its Pe comes- 45 .

9 month EPS is 14 not for full year...

Pricing is on the a bit higher side. Not left anything on the table. wait for the subscription figure till 1 AM on last date before applying.

Currently it is showing same percentage for Pre Issue and Post Issue Share Holding      as 56.78%.

Dharmendraji - Market has corrected much, today there are many opportunities to buy good fundamental stocks from market.

Below is the list I am adding more on every dips keeping in mind for long term

- LTTS - CMP: 3845
- HDFC AMC - CMP: 1960
- Bajaj Finserv - CMP: 13660
- Dixon - CMP: 3910
- SBI Cards - CMP: 756

I dont see any moat in this business. Every tom and dick into financial space. Though india financial products penetration is very low, nothing unique in this business for a long term.

Seems it is pricing the IPO at little Higher value under the current market conditions

I see moat in following items
1) SIP investors are lazy and don't move assets as fast
2) They are paying only 55% of their income to their partners. As they get higher income being at highest slab and pass to various partners basis their performance. Partner continuity is indication that they are getting more income rather than being direct agent
3) For partners easier to deal with one entity as opposed to 40 mutual funds

Better to purchase ICICI Securities from secondary market at attractive PE.

Company with annual profit around INR 60 CR is asking for valuation of INR 2600 Cr. Around 43 PE. Expensive.

Good IPO with a decent growth in financials.

Yes this can be a good ipo.. Investors need to spare funds for this as lici and delhivery will block funds in the given period

It is a pure Offer for Sale issue. Not raising any money towards the company's business purpose but all Sale proceeds goes to the promotors and selling investors.
Will have to see how attractively they are pricing the offer.
