We add an IPO when we have reasonably certain information about the upcoming IPOs. In most cases, the dates are announced very late.

Sir date to tata technology ki bhi declare nahi hai. But still market main kaam ho raha hai. So it's okay for discussion.

Now can expect November end or December
But it will be A good issue in all dimensions like Quality of the company , Valuations , Listing gains and Long term

I expect PAT coming around 150 cr

Price band can be around 980

PE Will be around 30

A very boring company coming in markets
See It's FY18 Results Revenue at 900 cr
And Now around 700

But I expect this company for a turnaround from This year itself

This company has no growth in last 5 yrs
Let's see if price band is below 950 ,
It will be attractive , If between 950-1080 Reasonable and above 1100 expensive

Protean has nothing to do with CDSL Or NSDL's business

It has businesses like PAN , Adhaar Making, Verification , Updation and Authentication
Or something like Government schemes distribution like NPS or Atal Pension Scheme

Recently it's subsidiary got a NBFC License

Also does some IT consulting services in sectors like Data centres , Data Engineering etc
Also doing some ONDC related work

So Many Business , but it's core revenues come from Public Documentation Procedures
