No competition In both of them

CDSL is a depository ( Bank of shares in easy language) of BSE which generates revenue from Transactions done by retailers , New IPO fees , Bulk deals , Option Trading and some more

Whereas Protean is in fields like Aadhar Card verification and updation , PAN Card making and Updation , Cloud storage house for few institutions , Operations in ONDC and few more

Let me make it clear

NSDL And NSDL E-Governance is different
NSDL E-Gov is now rebranded as Protean

CDSL Is a Peer of NSDL and Not Protean

NSDL IPO is already Filed but put in Abeyance mode and is expected to hit in June-July 24

There is no Ample Peer to Protean in Listed Market but It can be compared a bit with
KFIN And CAMS
It's exact Peer is CSC E-GOVERNANCE TECHNOLOGIES ( All CSC portals are owned by this company ) and Karvy Data Management and Partly UTI Infrastructure technologies

So this company can come at an expensive PE of around 35 or even above
If it comes below 30 then Small gains

I am Personally not excited here
It had around 160 cr PAT in 2018 which is now 105 cr
I don't think any big reward coming here
ASK AUTOMOTIVE and ESAF are very attractive

New or old member doesn't make any difference. Sharing latest and good information at regular intervals makes difference. Regular presence and with whole hearted support to the members is the need of time. When we are in the forum some criticism is also there but it improves our line of action. I had once criticized you on views of a CA.
No doubt there are many senior and learned members, they are very occupied are not able to contribute.
I don't know your profession and other details. From your title make me feel that you are running a financial consultancy and devoting full time on Share Market. My presumption only.
To give regularly and full information in such a manner is not possible for any one.
Continue giving such valuable information regularly. More and more members are in favor of such information. I am one of them.
