Mutual Funds and Foreign Pension funds will try grabbing the shares of Retail investors who will exit on listing
So we can expect good short-medium term gains and then will take a exit at a level of around 1100

The weighted average cost of acquisition per share for 360 One Special Opportunities Fund and its series is Rs 950.10, which is 20 percent higher than the current upper price band Rs 792 per share, while for other selling shareholders, the weighted average cost of acquisition per share is in the range of Rs 10-112 per share

Is there any cause of concern , where selling share holders selling their stakes in discount?

360 One fund total stake is 30%. It will drop to 26% post this IPO. It's partial exit

​@harit @Crow When you check past reports of 360 One (formerly IIFL Wealth), you see the investment made in Protean (formerly NSDL E-gov) shown at same value across all its series, be it the amounts or number of units of the alternative investment fund. So probably that cost price of 950.1 is segregated across all the series and hence does not look like a loss exit imo for the fund. Further, IIFL wealth bought this 30% share from IDBI in around Dec 2017 for 110 crores. Cross-views are welcome.

​@Diligent IPO Learner LIC is a great investor with highly successful investments. Exceptions may be there when LIC was forced to salvage some economic turbulence or to benefit some specific corporate. However, personally I feel protean will be a just OK OK investment. Nothing especial; nothing bad.

According to me -
P/E - last year P/E
Post P/E - last year P/E adjusted with new equity
Post issue annualized P/E - P/E adjusted with both new equity and new annualized earnings

Post issue annualized P/E may be misleading for seasonable businesses like monte carlo

We are working on PE changes. The changes will be implemented this week.
