Grey market is very less active it doesn't make any difference. Astral pipe trades at 17500cr mcap. Prince at 1950cr so expect minimum 30% premium from here. Remember retailers are less in this counter and all big players will eat out them within opening trade.
Looking at sentiment here it seems like discount listing and heading down with massive selling pressure. Unless some big players are interested. Otherwise, retail is looking very pessimistic.
Qii 3.5 times and hni 1.21 times will not sell tomorrow. So just retailers 98 lac shares are available totally. Out of them half will hold for two three months so barely 50lac shares will be available in markets.expect listing above 200 is realistically possible.
Hos: Some circles will buy this share for long term as are managed Chamcha's of company HNI was under subscribed which is not a great sign... Company managed to sail and Now lets see if it gathers Buyer Tomorrow...
Rajkot Bada Players are expecting Discount Lisitng. Hope it will lists at some gain for retail investors and Sentiments remain safe. However Few side of Brokers are positive on this...Expecting Rs.10/- Gain...
Hi all, Off topic question, for SBI Card IPO if I apply for one lot in shareholder quota are the chances higher to get allotment if applied 4 lots instead of one lot? and will the allotment will be like retail? One lot each? or the quantity applied we get. Which is better to apply in retail or shareholder? and in retail not going to apply more than one lot, but in shareholder can apply till 4. Please suggest.
@Rahul ok, have been trying in retail for ujjivan, irctc and CSB bank, no luck only got prince pipes, holding only 10 shares of SBI just for shareholder quota, will try this time by applying 4 lots in share holder quota.. hoping for the best.
@ Yash, In ShareHolder quota, in case of OverSubscription you would be allotted shares on proportionate basis, Whereas in case of retail its through LOTTERY. Hence when there is shareholder quota, as in case of SBI, its better u apply for SH quota and RETAIL as well. At times you may find success with RETAIL, but its for sure that you would be allotted at least some shares in SH quota.
@Rahul, Thank you for suggesting and clearing my confusion on the SH quota and Retail quota, some shares are definitely allotted depending on the number of lots applied in case of over subscription. This is definitely a good deal from retail, in retail we do not get anything where as on SH quota we may get atleast some shares for our amount blocked for 10 days. Will definitely try out SH quota with SBI cards IPO with maximum lots.
See case of Lemon tree ipo came in March 2018 and QIB only subscribed nearly 3 times and all other 0.12. GPM negative, Ipo price 56 and opened 61.50 and high 73.
There a definitely so many cases like these and this prince pipes IPO is also for recovering from the debt and also to fund their new plants getting opened in two new locations, which is definitely a positive for Prince Pipes. GMP has not been proven 100% correct for predicting the listing of an IPO.
I have seen GMP doesn't have great effect on IPO, strong fundamental company can have good listing. Where as there are companies who have higher debt's and have been trading at much higher prices than 178. Hoping for a higher listing tomorrow.
