@Gagan. I am aware that financials are available from RoC by paying nominal fees. But, when you are coming with an IPO, it is your duty to come up with latest financials. Its already december now. Company should also give unaudited financials as on 30th september.

It is rather unusual for an IPO issuing company not to update their latest financial results. Though I haven't seen the DRHP, if it's true, it certainly gives some message to the investors.

When the IPO listing is over then remove that page and add coming IPO. It is good for all. In select company name place give empty place or IPO NAME to .Whenever we want to write on something it is asking please select company name it is not good

Record of previous issues is required please

I feel the present IPO format should be continued for easy checking the past issues.

Can a HUF demat account be eligible for BSDA option? As many of us open this account only for the purpose of applying in IPO. Currently broker charges Rs 690 AMC per year.
If yes, please inform the name of broker who provides BSDA.

@अमित जी, बहुत अच्छी बात है कि आप इन्हें जानते हैं,अच्छा लगा । किसी व्यक्ति का समाज मै अच्छा होना यह प्रमाणित नही करता कि वह व्यापार मे भी अच्छा है। जो कम्पनी पब्लिक इश्यू के समय रिजल्ट न दे। मौके की तलाश मे रहे।यह सब बातें संशय को जन्म देती हैं। रहा बात प्रिमियम की तो 10% कुछ नही है,एक एप्लीकेशन पर 1500 रू । प्रमोटर्स ने अपनी पूँजी 20 गुना बढाई है श्याद इससे भी अधिक कयोंकि बोनस शेयर का पता नही ।
यदि अच्छे ANCORE नही आते और प्रिमियम 25%नही होता, तो दूर रहने मे ही भलाई है ऐसा मेरा विचार है
