Parag Jayant Chheda and Vipul Jayant Chheda are two sons of Jayant Shamji Chheda while Heena Parag Chheda, the Vice President - Finance of company, is wife of Parag Jayant Chheda.

It's a family business of Chheda and sons. Research well before investing in this IPO

A totally unrelated discussion, but not sure where to post it....

My friend opened a HDFC securities account on her name and I operated the account and invested my money and bought shares as I was in USA and could not open a trading account.[This was around 5 years ago]

But, recently on my India Visit, I opened an AXIS securities account and now i have my own Demat/PAN/Trading/Saving Accounts in AXIS.

My question is, Is there a way I can transfer those shares on my friends name on to my name and into my account without she selling them in the market as I cant buy those same shares at the same price. She will agree for the share transfers on to my account.

So, From HDFC to Axis , from person A to Person B, is the transfer of shares i.e. only onwership transfer without selling the shares.....IS IT POSSIBLE?

@chintuankith - There is another way... You can ask your friend to sell in market and same time you can buy from the market. Your friend will receive the selling amount at the end of settlement in her account from exchange and you have to pay almost same amount to exchange at the end of settlement. Now you can ask your friend to transfer the amount ( difference of original purchase and sale amount ) into your account.

This way you will get all shares in your account with almost similar prices.

you can get it transfer by off market deal, and settle the tax matter (if any) with your friend.

Ye mittal yaya sabko ipo ke bare main negative bata raha hain aur khud apply karega ... Baki kisiko ek ipo ke bare main itna negative nahi dekha. Kuch to golmal hain.

Yes you can do it but you need 5 different upi apps for mandate like googlepay, phonepay,amazonpay, and various banks upi apart from bhim
