भाई पहली बात तो ये ह की रिटेल कम से कम 4से 5 गुना सब्स्क्रिबस होगा जिसमे अलॉटमेंट मिलना मुश्किल हो सकता हे और इस आईपीओ की कोई खास जीएमपी भी नहीं हे अगर किसी आईपीओ की जीएमपी 6-7रूपये हो वहi अप्लाई करना कोई समझदारी नहीं लगती हे
जब तक ये आईपीओ कम से कम 30-40 गुना सब्क्राइबस नहीं हो जाता हे तब तक डोंट अप्लाई

yes he is right..With increasing knowledge of SH quota benefits and record date being rhp filing date it is going to be even more difficult to get shares alloted in this cat. One who has hefty amount of funds will apply for high number of shares and will get alloted on proportionate basis.

क्यों कि shareholder portion मैं अलॉटमेंट preportionate बेसिस पर है।

जो जितनी ज्यादा अमाउंट की एप्लीकेशन bid करेगा उसे ज्यादा शेयर मिलेंगे।

इसमे 2 lac की कोई लिमिट नही है।

यदि आप सिर्फ इस shareholder portion में बिड करते है तो आप मनचाही अमाउंट की application लगा सकते है।

We have two DMAT A/C one my husband and me (Joint First name my husband second my name) while saving A/C in ICICI First Name me and second name my husband(Joint).
Second Dmat A/C individual my name and saving a/c also individual.
can I apply ipo through both saving A/C, because in both saving a/c i m first name.

Till date no application rejected in asba for apply from one bank account.

Technically you can but not sure if ICICI allows more than 1 application per savings account

Valuation is good but Huge Debt and Corporate Governance is an issue. I will see its performance and result post IPO.
