Why these registrars don’t understand that they have to follow the rules of Government and they can’t do so they should start some different business. If they will behave like they will be out of business sooner than expected

Allotment was completed on 14th itself and allottees were credited with shares in their demat accounts yesterday. The trading will commence from Monday

Observations in RHP which can help in last minute decision:
Positives:
1.      The PAT and revenue are steadily going up. One the main reason is increase in supply to private sector. Earlier govt took up 66% of its revenue and now private sector constitutes 60% of the revenue.
2.      The Current ratio is in a comfortable level of above 3.
3.      ROE and ROCE are extremely good.
4.      The issue price of 72 is 2 times of its post NAV of 36.64.
5.      One of the uses of issue proceeds will be for expansion through purchase of Plant and Machinery.
6.      Company has reported positive operating Cash Flows in last 3 years.
7.      The co. is selling metro rolling stock, signaling, infra, etc which is a booming sector given the focus of govt on rail infra through JV with private sector.

Negatives:
1.      Company has incurred loss in 2020-21. The reason could be its conversion from partnership firm to a Company on 23.03.2021. So, it has limited experience as a company.
2.      There are no listed peers as per company, so no comparison is possible.
3.      The company will repay its debt using issue proceeds but it will arrange working capital through short term borrowings in 2024, 2025. So effectively no major impact on overall debt structure.
4.      Company has changed auditor 2 times in last 3 years of incorporation.
5.      It is dependent on top 5 customers for 99% of orders.
6.      The LM has a mixed experience record with 2 positive and 2 negative listing with an average listing gain of 13.03%.

What do you think about buying after listing? If it lists around the GMP.

@govisi if you are alloted this IPO, then most likely it will list around GMP only. For new investors or for people with limited funds, you can sell on the day of listing due to inherent limitations of SME IPOs.
If you have enough funds for other IPOs or investments, then you can keep it for medium to long term.

after having detailed information on this ipo available here have applied for 1 lot was also planning for deepak chemtex which would have given fantastic listing gains but was little hesistant as i have never applied only once for sme ipo though have applied mainboard ipo lot of times. let's see how it works !!

Once the allotment happens and on the listing day will I be able to withdraw all the money or some amount will get blocked ?

How can I check hold amount in ICICI ASBA linking Money Multiplier FD ? If any option is there and anybody have idea please describe because I am recently using this option. In bank page I have not found any option to see the same, that is details of blocked amount. Some idea may come from IPO apply page / order status.

Check with Total available balance with total of Available balance & FD balance. If there is any difference that is for blocked amount
