@Stock Market Generally, bHNI allocation or quota of shares is double of sHNI. For example, 10% of issue reserved for bHNI and 5% for sHNI. Also, sHNI min application is about Rs 2L whereas that for bHNI is Rs 10L. Offlate, there is surge in bHNI subscription numbers (atleast amount wise), but it gets divided by 5 because in case of oversubscription, bHNIs are issued shares worth Rs 2L only.
Application wise, sHNIs are mostly more in numbers compared to bHNI in any IPO.
