Registrars earn very less for the job they do. I the allotments have been managed in exchange for favour. Kfintech is a product of Karvy whose promoters have tainted past. This is the prize we get from being in India. Corruption and behind the door setting everywhere. We just have to accept this fact and work on things on which we have control in life like Job or Business or stock investment etc.

​@Nanee  Yes third party rejected here as well,,,you need scheduled bank to get third party, these hdfc, kotak,icici, idfcfirst wont work

Still wont blame RTA because for the same subscription and for almost similar number of applications in TBO Tek, I got 3 alloted

So luck works both ways. Just was not lucky this time.

Difficult to believe and digest. 0/11 is really very unfortunate. Here also 0 out of 9 BHNI. Well, earlier alloted 2 BHNI in TBO Tek with KFIN as registrar. This time, it was just not our day.

So Kfin seems total fraud . And even all sold application by my freind got 4 allotment out of 9.
How is it possible.

I wish people like @PLAZA and others felt the same way when they got allotment by posting on the forum that ' their application RTA'

What a non sense this is...its like you win the game and take the credit but you lose and you blame the umpire.

Have you not checked on the forum who mentioned they got 2/5 ?? So they also had a setting with RTA ?

Anything can be suspected...like you can be suspected...who knows you got allotment but you are faking ?

I can be suspected as well ..point is about what min evidence atleast we have to suspect.

My friend got allotment with lesser apps but I did not with more apps cannot be evidence.

This only means you have no clue how lottery works

I wish @PLAZA and the team who feel RTA is fraud and it is all cheating felt the same way when they got allotment...thag it is not because of their luck they got allotment but due to unfair practises of RTA.

This I mentioned in my above post but was missing not sure why...so repossting yhe missing content.

I personally analyzed that I got allotment from kfin only when firm or very easy allotment but never got allotment in such tough situation since last one year or so . But this is lastly pure lottery and luck oriented . We never blame any one even if something happens unethical ...after that work is there bread and butter ....

Same 0/5 bhni..I think its better to invest in mutual funds or buyin after listing than applyin in ipo..You lose hell lot of opportunity cost...Settling for 5 percent where small caps n midcaps are givin 25 30 percent return without worries.. Stupidity to maintain big funds just to get allotment of 2 lakhs for 20 30 percent return..Ache wale tuh miltey nahi.. @PLAZA @TheNirav @Sandapaul @Nanee

Those who got allotment in TBO TEK from Kfin, has not been alloted shares in premier energy. This is my assumption on the basis of messages. I was allotted 1 SHNI in TBO TEK out of two applications but in Premier energy got nothing out of 7 retail applicatios.

​@SUMITCHAND You could be right. Unless you have min 10 applications in retial or bHNI, it may not look worthy to apply in IPOs. But atleast need to have 7-8 applications to not get disappointed time and again.

And then, you seem to be thinking 25-30% return in small and mid caps is given. Looks like you enetered markets only post covid and have not seen the cycles and extreme pain these small caps can give you by not moving for years.

But yeah, it all depends on you return expectation..like mine is around 18% and anything above that is bonus for me.

At 24% cagr for lets say 30 years, you know how much an investment of 10 lakhs can become ? ... 102 crores.
In 20 years it would be 12 crores.

Thats the power of compounding.

In the year 2023, I did not get any allotment from K fin.... but got many allotments from Link in time.....
This year I havent got a single lottery allotment from Link in time, while the ones I got were all from K fin although this year allotments have been v rare.
Moreover, never ever got allotment from Bigshare although have applied 100s and most SME applications have been of 20 lots from 4 diff accounts. Compared to that Mashitla has allotted me multiple no of times even in highly subscribed ones... Can call that sheer luck, but there are too many co incidences that raise doubts in one's mind. Still, can't do anything abt it...so I guess we can just accept it as bad luck.

BTW 1/4 bHNI allotted here.

Make sure, no third party upi applications. It seems kfin implemented third party upi check.

Transfer karana is little tedious process.. ya to sab account cdsl ke ho, to sab friends ke cdsl easiest account me khud ko beneficiary add kar ke rakho..
Else unke account me sell kar ke same price pe apne idhar le lo (Pre-open me).
Dono cases me bas tax-calculation samajh lena.

​@Mohitkm Have no personal experience, technically once you transfer shares from one account to another, tax liabilities arise. I guess once you deal and manage shares in friends circle, it is mostly for listing gains and STCG plus STCG tax too needs to be shared as per understanding between members.

what is the meaning of third party upi application. I could see that, many people are talking about this here.
I applied through zerodha and payment blocked in axis bank account through gpay upi. so is it third party upi application?

​@Ankit agarwals Applying through third party apps like phonepe, gpay etc is not third party application if demat account and bank have same PAN.
When there is mismatch, like demat belongs to the applicant but bank account is someone's else's, it is third party. Such applications were allowed in past but not permitted since May 2022. Sadly, reported going through even after 2 years of ban in some cases where upi mode is used for funding. It is not possible to bid third party application through Bank ASBA.

Now applied single application with single PAN and single upi. Got allotment.
