Hello everyone ,
i got allotment in someone other account (retail 1 lot) , now having trust issue
so if i want to transfer share , as this is my first share transfer , there should not be any tax on this bz on day of lisitng it will be around (15k + 20k profit = 35 k assumption) ie. less than 50k(non taxable) right ??

and if you want to provide anything more on share transfer pls do .

@Harsh Newguru No I am from Bhavnagar Gujarat. Contact a local broker who will give you some insight. I was in the same situation as you a few months ago and after contacting local brokers you will surely get that service.

My friend allotted 1 lot he tells me that give me 15000 profit now and listing profit will be yours. Should I accept such a deal 😂.
However I have allocated a few lots in retail so it won't hurt me if I accept his deal.

I got allotment of premier energies ipo, but as i checked on phone pe auto-pay is showing transaction cancelled , and showing that "you have reached the upi limit set by the bank, try again after 24 hours."
But i have't done any transaction in a day so this might be technical issue from bank.If anyone has faced this problem then

Please suggest me what should i do now ?

Applied one Application for Minimum Amt and another application for 330 shares in retail. Got the allotment in minimum amt application instead of application for 330 shares.

Higher amt/no of shares application is feasible where IPO not subscribed fully and your conviction is high with the company.

sir mera ek question hai..premier energy ipo mai allotment to mila and fund abhi tak block hai (payment failed dikha raha hai) and bank mai 100rs hai to mujhe Kya alag se 14850rs add karna parega kya ?

no need to deposit if fund is blocked. but if there is any term of minimum balance to keep, you have to follow it.

Still holding OLA 2000/5,460. 3,460 Sell average 115rs. Really missed selling 3000 shares above 150rs and now its down to 117 and may be running towards 100 and 84 😔
