Yesterday no one was selling PREMIER ENERGY @ ₹530₹ & now no one wants to buy even at ₹470. Is this some kind of artificial fear being created to set in panic so people exit on listing and not hold on tight to their holding?

Do we know what changed overnight?

Very likely... Operators use the same trick in the pre-open by putting large sell orders so as to cause others to sell in pre-open and cancel the orders just before closure of pre-open window. Started it a day earlier...

@Arpan Mandal Sir ji , if you have checked status of your application on registrar website, if it says alloted , then no need to worry sooner or later you will be getting mail of allotment from registrar also.
