No, usually those who want to exit at whatever listing price, they put limit price as LC, which is 225 here.
Similarly those who want to buy at listing pricr, they put limit at UC price, which is 1035 here.

But do investors who have such huge quantity shares sell at lc?

Because I have observed that such big sell quantities are removed within last few mins by big investors in pre-open session.
