even after continuous fall of last few sessions,PPAP still appears good for listing gain

Hy This is good ipo for listing gain and if u want to invest in secondary market invest in RPL and Cairn one month target for this two stock is 232 & 240 respectively.

jyothi lab may list at 835.fall rapidly.

But if you calculate it on the lower price band the it will
increase a little somwhere arround 53 - 54 Lacs

Bhaiya very simple hai 25Lacs + 7.50Lacs + 17.50Lacs Shares

Heloo some one tell me the issue size or let me how to calculate that from the given data .

प्रिसीजन पाइप्स एंड प्रोफाइल्स कम्पनी दिल्ली की वाहन उद्योग को ओईएम की सप्लायर है और 17 दिसम्बर 2007 को 50 लाख रुपए का पहला पब्लिक इश्यू (आईपीओ) लेकर पूंजी बाजार में आ रही है।

इश्यू की मूल्य सीमा 140-150 रुपए प्रति शेयर के बीच रखी गई है, जिसकी फेस वैल्यू 10 रुपए है। इश्यू 20 दिसम्बर को बंद हो जाएगा।

मनीकंट्रोल ने यह पता लगाया कि पब्लिक इश्यू में धन लगाने पर जानकार क्या राय रखते हैं:

विश्लेषण: प्रिसीजन पाइप्स एंड प्रोफाइल्स वाहन उद्योग के लिए सीलिंग सिस्टम और बाहरी उत्पाद बनाती है। इनमें मौसमी स्ट्रिप्स, डोर ओपनिंग, विंडशील्ड मोल्डिंग, रूफ मोल्डिंग आदि का निर्माण करती है। उसकी नई दिल्ली व नोएडा में पांच निर्माण सुविधाएं हैं। इन सबकी स्थापित क्षमता 47.50 लाख किलोग्राम की है।

जिन वाहन कम्पनियों को ओईएम की आपूर्ति की जाती है, उनमें मारुति उद्योग, होंडा सिएल, जनरल मोटर्स और टोयोटा किर्लोस्कर से 90 फीसदी कारोबार आता है। पांच फीसदी कारोबार ‘व्हाइट गुड्स’ उद्योग से आता है। पांच फीसदी कारोबार बिजली और कंस्ट्रक्शन उद्योग से आता है।

सिंडिकेट बैंक एफपीओ लाएगा

वर्ष 2008 में बिक्री 130 करोड़ रुपए से ऊपर जानी चाहिए और करपश्चात लाभ 22 करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा रहना चाहिए। अगर आईपीओ से पहले की इक्विटी को देखें तो ईपीएस 25 रुपए आता है।

ऑटो एंसिलरी कंपनी के रूप में जानी जाने वाली प्रिसीजन का शेयर अभी 10-12 गुना है। आईपीओ के बाद 14 करोड़ रुपए की इक्विटी के बाद ईपीएस 16 रुपए आएगा। विस्तार कार्यक्रम साल दर साल आगे बढ़ेगा। हर साल 70 लाख किग्रा क्षमता नई जुड़ती जाएगी।
