No rate cut should be done. Develop countriea dont have much room that is reason UK have request india to go for rate cuts. Infact rate cuts not wd be positive both for equities and real estate. Before it gets too late betterto do it now Anyways I dont think one shd apply in any ipo unless market recovers. This ipp would not generate any interest if market remains same .

SORRY , NOT LESS THAN 8 % FOR 1 YEAR FD
AND NOW GOVT CANNOT REDUCE THE PPF RATES IN 28 FEB 16 BUGET AS SAID
PLEASE DONT EVER VOTE FOR BJP AGAIN. SEE WHAT HAS HAPPENED. STOCK MARKET CRASHING MORE THAN GLOBAL PEERS. REAL ESTATE DOWN 30% . THE ONLY HOPE FOR BJP GOVT WAS ON STOCK MARKET AND THAT TOO HAS VANISHED NOW
ATLEAST US REAL ESTATE HAS GIVEN 10% RETURN YOY SAME GOES FOR OTHER COUNTRIES
NOW I FIND CONGRESS GOVT MUCH BETTER THAN JP AS ATLEASE REAL ESTATE WAS BOOMING AND SOMEWHERE INVESTORS WERE EARNING
WHY IS RBI NOT PERSUADED NOW TO DO RATE CUTS WHEN INDIA HAS ENOUGH ROOM.
Dear IPOANALYSIS, Don''t make it a political forum. Refrain from making such unwarranted political statement. This is only a Investment forum. Let''s stick to this please.
But can you please list out the reasons for Market Condition Prevailing Right Now.
Also, Who is Responsible for The Global Factors like (Chinese Currency Devaluation, Falling Crude Price)
Who is responsible for the Passage of GST? (Congress is in minority in Loksabha so they couldn''t protest there. And where even after loosing dramatically in elections, they have Majority in Rajyasabha and as a result are acting like Devils blocking one of the Growth Factoring Bill of the Country).
These are some of the issues which i have in my mind.
I may be totally wrong but Couldn''t blame only the BJP for the crisis in the Market.
Also, one of the other factors that have come up to my notice is that, The bank and its officials are also one of the prominent reason for Larger NPA''s of the Company by financing the Companies who were either not Capable or Having intent of Fraud behind them as the Top officials had a "Milibhagat" with them)
Bhai as per IPO analysis, BJP is not worth its salt and as for me Congress is utterly useless. So what''s left. Next election I m going to vote for CPI(M). Yay.yay. ha ja ha what a joke.
BJP is trying to give a market where our next generation can live a better life. All the markets were booming becaof black money. Now there is no black money and hence PM is going to foreign lands to get money into India. If black money continues, then one day Our country will also become like Greece where today the youngsters are selling themselves. I think most of the people here are fit for putting money in Fixed Deposit. If u dont have the guts to see down then u should better get out of the market. Dont waste your and others time.
Praveen u dont understand concepts of bulls and bears. I have made money by shorting in this market. U can stay bull forever and ur optimism both in market and this ipo will be shattered soon. Stay bull forever.
IPO analysis what do u expect a company should not even ask for a premium. Or should it give u free shares just becathere is panic in market. They are also doing business. Even if P/e is 26, so what. Good company deserves it.
Rajeev go ahead and apply all ur wealth in this ipo. You will get all the shares as dont see it getting much subscribed. U want all.ipo to ask fot above 20 pe in this market condition.wow hats of to you. No F1 is going to come and apply in this one so wd hardly have any premium left. In this market noone wd even buy if it goes 20 pc down. Pls give money to charity rather than subscribing useless ipos
I am a investor and not a trader. I have made money becaof being an investor. I invest in companies and not sensex.I have bought stocks that were 50/- and today it is 2000/-. We both have different views. In today''s crash market also, few of my stocks have touched 52 week high. So its good,we do what we can understand. If u can understand Bull and Bears, I suppose u r good at that, but I am not. I have been investing for last 20 years.
At present secondary market is not in momentum becaof China news and low crude price. Retail investors are preferring stay away from market. I am predicting in long term market will go in positive direction. Market will stay in bearish mode until we get any good news about stimulus or bailout package from China. As soon as we get any positive news from China about economy revival steps, market will show some positive movement.
But in this situation I am still finding opportunity to make some money from secondary market. This is only one to two week game. Recommended Buy and Sell price will hit in short term.
Yes Septa. Jain irrigation is not a good script for real investors. It is only for trading. Since last three years I am playing with this stock. Buy at below 60 sell at 65.
I am not satisfy with Promoters policy about salary. I am still not understand how tremendous increase in profit in year 2015.
I am not taking much risk in this company. I am going to apply for only 2 application of minimum bid. At present many good opportunities available in secondary market.
Dear Rajeev singh, Septa, and Eagle eye, all constructive comments are educative and welcome. i have so far been a silent observer on this forum but thought it important to appreciate all those who offer comments with analysis and help other boarders. final decisions and risks are always of the investor. please continue with the god job. PS eagle eye, pl keep asking questions!! :)

Precision Camshafts is market leader in camshaft however many other companies manufacture like bharat forge also it has shown good growth financially, this r approx data at 12-14 times P/B and 26-30 times P/E, which is costly in my opinion compare to bharat forge however with additional capacity and also inclusion of high Vaule added product in pipeline on long run it better prospects.Plus There is no other listed company in India which exclusively manufactures camshafts which IMO is disadvantage however they r planning a overseas takeover which could add product line. when we compare it to Bharat Forge which is an auto component supplier including cam shafts, its OE of 32%, OPM above 30%. It is trading at a P/B of 4.5 and at a PE of 24. So it is little expensive then peers so the question is why i should apply the answer is PCL is looking for both organic and in organic expansion and also with new facility cost will reduce. I only wish Shah did not take 8.5 cr as year salary this stock would be must in your portfolio

I am going to apply for the issue after read the red herring and my analysis I feel on long run it will be good IPO in short term or listing premium will also be possible if the market improve which IMO is possible. So I am going to apply first IPO of 2016. If this does get over subscribed in RII I will apply full force and in HNI same view if it below 6 I will apply full force

Precision Camshafts IPO price range INR180-186, listing by 9 February
Precision Camshafts is going to be the first IPO to be launched in India in 2016. The Solapur-based company, which cranks out over 150 varieties of camshafts for passenger vehicles, tractors, light commercial vehicles and locomotive engine, has fixed the price band between INR180 to INR186 per share for the IPO. Precision Camshafts IPO will open on 27 January and will close on 29 January. Precision Camshafts IPO will involve a fresh issue of INR240 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 91.5 lakh shares. The OFS component indicates an increase from the earlier plan of selling 86.4 lakh equity shares through the route, as mentioned in the draft prospectus.
At the upper end of the price band, Precision Camshafts IPO will raise INR410 crore. The minimum bid lot is 80 equity shares and thereafter in multiples of 80 shares. Subsequent to the conclusion of the IPO, Precision Camshafts’ shares will be listed on NSE and BSE.
Yatin Shah, Suhasini Shah, Jayant Aradhaye, and Cams Technology Limited are among the investors looking at partially selling their shareholding in the company. Precision Camshafts IPO will bring INR240 crore to the company and majority of the proceeds will be used to establish a machine shop for ductile iron camshafts at the Solapur plant.
Precision Camshafts impresses with growth – With an exception of FY 2014, Precision Camshafts’ financial performance is impressive with an average revenue growth of 17.3% in the last four years.
Precision Camshafts IPO will also be the first one to be introduced under the new T+6 rule. This essentially means that listing of shares will be on the sixth day after applications are closed. Although it may not look a big development, the compression from T+12 to T+6 is nothing short of an achievement and market regular SEBI deserves full points for this investor-friendly step. This will also be the first time that the entire IPO process becomes cheque-free as Application Supported by Blocked Amount (ASBA) has been made mandatory now by SEBI.
Following last year’s amazing returns, Precision Camshafts IPO may be an excellent opportunity for investors to make smart money in short term. However, the secondary market is not exactly exciting and supportive of new public offerings. As a result, any investment decision needs to be exercised with caution and given an exceptionally strong IPO pipeline, there is absolutely no need to be in a hurry.

Septa Sir,
What is EBITA ? and ... Why is high EBITA good for short-term trading but it is not good for long-term investment?
Earnings before interest, taxes, and amortisation.... in other words company making big profit but have high debt.... In CA term we called them squided balance sheet companies....
ur next question why they r not good long term bet for a long term bet fundamental factor is important with squided balance sheet short play is always avaaible given the nature of this company

As per Investopedia http://www.investopedia.com
DEFINITION of ''Beta'' Beta is a measure of the volatility, or systematic risk, of a security or a portfolio in comparison to the market as a whole. Beta is used in the capital aspricing model (CAPM), a model that calculates the expected return of an asbased on its beta and expected market returns.
now beta is another measure here the stock moves up and down more then normal compare to other stock so when some one says high beta stock he means in bullish conditiont in bullish conditions and slips more when markets are falling... also all high beat stock always have squided balance sheet

As per the RHP ...
The Restated, Consolidated, Diluted EPS for the year ended March 31, 2015 is Rs.7.62 Hence the PE = 24.41
The Restated, Consolidated, Diluted EPS for the 6 months period ended September 30, 2015 is Rs. 4.16 Hence the PE = 22.36

the discussion is getting interesting with Septa, Eagle Eye, Rajeev giving varied views on Secondary market. SBI is a good bet and can be viewed only after the Q3 results. Instead of Tata Motors, we can look at Tata Motors DVR shares. Tata motors @ 342 and DVR issue is @ 258. It is the same company shares. DVR shares are cheaper and less speculative in nature. It has got direct co-relation in movement. Can try Tata Motors DVR instead of Tata Motors.
