Yes that is a matter of concern ... if the QIB status remains NIL until tomorrow 1pm ... then there is a risk of the other applicants also withdrawing their applications .. and the issue could fail ... so let''s all wait n watch until mid-day tomorrow

Regarding Salary to top Management ...

They could do whatever they wanted as a private company .. but as a Listed Public Limited Company they will be governed by the Company Law Rules which are for Directors'' Remuneration ... and therefore, they will have limitations ... and will not be able to take 8-10Crs salary as they did in the past.

This is incorrect. There are several public limited listed companies where directors are paid even up to 25 Crs. If the remuneration committee accepts and approves, then it can be paid. This is where role of Independent director assumes importance. But most often , unless it is well governed corporate, even the Independent directors who are the executive directors/ board members accede to the proposed remuneration.

The remuneration mentioned here does not include several other perquisites that are enjoyed and treated under company expenses which any times is as high as 30% of the remuneration.
Therefore it is important to invest in a company of good corporate governance and markets pay a premium for that.

Hi. Plz can u explain why applying for min lot will help? If its about to be oversubscribed then applying for max lot will help you get max pro-rata allotment . Am I missing anything here?

According to new rules, if the issue is oversubscribed , allocation will be done by lottery. No matter how many lots you put, they will allot you a single lot if you are lucky

Whats the reason behind Poor subscription ASBA or Company or both?

I think ASBA is not a problem for QIB. QIB subscription is 0 means is it company and current market problem?

Whats your decision? Decided or still waiting for tomo afternoon to decide?

SEEMS Not worth applying in this PCL issue ,
retailers say that they cannot apply in this issue but t then were are QIB and HNI, They are applying through ASBA and it is compulsory for them last six months ,

i dont see ASBA facility in ICICI bank. Can somebody pls help me with that.

ICICI Bank doe snot offer ASBA in bank account. They offer it under ICICI Direct

i decide to avoid ipo of pcl i will buy pcl at rs 150 after listing if it reaches that price level

this government says easy of doing business first they should do easy of doing investment have all option

yes it is like building the bullet train but forgetting to lay the tracks.... this absa will discourage many small town investor i am all for absa but i like saabka swath saabka vikas

Small town investors should go with mutual funds ....as if post listing price remains bellow issues prices then it might prove sabka nuksan sabko loss !!!!
