Looking at QIB and NII figures till now, the issue at this time is avoid. Lets see by 1445.

What is important for all retailers? It doesnt matter if issue is fully subscribed. What matters is how much interest are QIBs ad NIIs taking. So all retailers dont get worried if issue is getting fully subscribed.
