Grey market rate pcl in discount -5
759. SAHIL GUPTA |   Link |  Bookmark | February 4, 2016 7:20:42 PM
Those who said that Narayana will list at discount and made same kind of panic and confusion and resulted in loss to investors.
Same thing repeated now in Precision Camshaft IPO and Teamlease. Understand that these are unique tested profitable businesses running for more than 25 years & 15 years respectively.
News is confirmed that listing is above Rs.220/- and can go upto Rs.250/-, dont get fooled by Grey market premium. See where is Navkar, Shree puskar and Kelkar is. I applied in also these IPO''s under HNI and made excellent profits.

according to new rule T+ 5 days for credit the share in demate a/c and T+6 day is for listing of ipo

this 6 days only bank working day only
757. dilip butala |   Link |  Bookmark | February 4, 2016 7:07:22 PM
On T+5 day, the registrar will receive confirmation of demat credit from depositories. The registrar along with issuer would then file confirmation of demat credit, lock-in and issuance of instructions to unblock ASBA funds with the stock exchanges. The issuer would then apply to the stock exchanges for permission to list and trade its securities.

On receipt of permission to list and trade from exchanges, the issuer along with the merchant banker and registrar has to issue an advertisement on allotment and date of commencement of trading in all newspapers which carried the advertisements related to issue opening/ closing.

Stock exchanges have to issue trading notice.

On T+6 day, the stock lists and trading commences. Six days for listing means six working days and excludes Sundays and bank holidays.

754.1. rbs |   Link |  Bookmark | February 4, 2016 6:29:42 PM
I think everybody is confused now after seen allotment status, even i have not alloted shares. But by looking at quality of company interms of profitability, MNCs presence and good rating given by capital market if it will go in discount there is an excellent chance to buy it for sure.

Open 225 and it will go to 280-300. . High .
750.2. NIHAR VORA |   Link |  Bookmark | February 4, 2016 6:49:59 PM
It seems that Saumil jain and DRK have been allotted beyond their expectation.

Premium was trending at 4-7 Rs. and not 40 to 47 Rs.

If it is so,

Please take appropriate action to liquidate at 280-300 Range.

And show us the contract note of your trade (Whenever Possible)

To check status of Allotment one need to go to site of Registrar of the issue. In this case it was intime . Visit IPO status .One should be ready with Appln No. or PAN number and give input
748. Keshar |   Link |  Bookmark | February 4, 2016 5:20:01 PM
Can anybody please explain how allotment is decided.
RII = 2.0 times
So If i applied for 320 shares (4 lots) then I should get 160 shares at minimum. But allotted only 80 shares.
748.2. Ashish Pandya |   Link |  Bookmark | February 4, 2016 8:41:19 PM
U must have applied 320 in one bid in 1 demat account.

If you have 80 share lot in 4 different demat account, then u would have get 3 lots or 240 shares.

Like, I applied for 80 shares lot in 3 different demat account, and I allotted 160 share 2 lots out of 3 lots total.

So, now if 1 person has applied for 1 lot and 2nd person has applied for 10 lots, both will be allotted same 1 lot or 80 shares.

So, be smart and act smart.

Cheers

Dear Keshar,
I was also not clear until a friend in this forum clarified it.Actually the rule has changed. Now first priority is to allocate one lot to every applicant. If no of application is very high then its not possible to allocate one lot to everybody. So it will go to lottery. Here every body gets equal chance irrespective of the quantity applied. So always apply for 1 lot in case of over subscription. Hope it clears ur doubt.
747. drk |   Link |  Bookmark | February 4, 2016 5:19:25 PM
Revived allotment msg already. Now see what will happen at Monday.
747.1. Keshar |   Link |  Bookmark | February 4, 2016 7:10:43 PM
Thanks for reply .Shall try to understand.. If shares are subscribed 2 times then number of application should lower( in this case 2 times shares qty / 80 application.) I am missing the catch it seems.
