I am not applying this IPO. I am also not going to study it''s results etc. I tried it''s products like Diamond chips. I counted no. of chips in it''s Rs. 5 pack. I found only 5 to 7 pieces. This will not work in long term. It will be out of business if there is no improvement.

Many other reasons. It''s hard to beat multinational companies in terms of quality and money. It''s hard to make money in FMCG companies because lots of headache like supplier chain, warehouses, transportation etc.

One more important thing existing owners are selling their portion.

Face value Rs.5/- Issue price Rs.930-938. are they crazy or cheating the innocent retailers on the pretext of IPO. How they evaluated the price band?

I think Pratap snacks limited ipo grey price is not fair because mostly speculators are from indore and prices dicieded by them 300
. this is not for portfolio share nor a chance for listing gain. company product is not well known in north and south

As here, in this IPO, Registrar is Karvy only, I feel here also the allotment will be not fair, unless the issue is not oversubscribed nicely like Dixon & Capacite.

as seen the gmp of the company is very nice but I don''t able to know that why gmp is high??
company fundamental not so good is there anything else ir something better than my know that kindly request to tell me as my calulation ipo at 190+ PE.

As I said earlier, you should not look at the present of the company but the future of the company. It is one of the most awaited IPOs, so no surprise GMP is high for this IPO.

Now all the frustated Retailers from Capacite infra apply here madly seeing the GMP......

Since not many people are active on Apex Frozen Foods page, I am asking it here:

Today apex has seen price decrease of 20rs..I am interested to keep this stock in portfolio..Can anyone please advice what price point should be considered for entry.?

Apex is expected to decrease a least 15% from here.

I deal a bit in Grey Market trading and since last couple of days I''ve seen high demand in Pratap Shares. I fully agree that the fundamentals don''t really command the price they are demanding but we have example of Dixon which gave phenomenal returns inspite of poor fundamentals.

Investors with risk taking ability may look into subscribing this issue, something may be cooking behind the scene.

Bhai log aadmi Insurance karaye na karaye Chips or Chakna to bikega hi.....haan little expensive but agar HNI ne dum dikhaya to kuch bhi ho sakta hai............

Competition is already stiff with Lay''s, kurkure, Bingo and many local brands. in future Patanjali chips (with herbs LOL) too might appear.Quality wise too, it did not taste that great.

bhai yaar ek aapko allot ho jaye phir yellow chips khana......taste acha nahi world class lagega.....Aur taste sab kuch hota to lays million dollar ka add kyu deta......Just saying

GMP for ICICI 5-7 . what does it mean?

5 rupees face value is being offered at Rs. 938. Is it justified price for this share...?? Should we apply only because gmp is 300 rs. ...I doubt it will lists at par even . Other members please give your view also
