It will not going to be listed on discount as per my understanding. But current market is pretty much volatile, if the stock go down, it will take sometime to recover.

Heart and mind both recommending avoid as competition only going to increased from here.in my town alone 100 of unorganized Street prataps exist manufacturing various items no less then yellow diamonds.wrong to consider it another jubilant

May be in ICCI Lam......

Its listed peer is Britannia Industries - its PE is 60 & NPM is 10 %.
Pratap snacks - PE as per issue price is 220 & its NPM is 2 %.

So fair price - when compared to Britannia Industries also - below (60/220)*938 is Rs. 260

Its fair value - as per PE - when compared with DFM Foods works out at Rs. 376.

Should i apply for this ipo how much is the gmp. Kindly throw some light
