I have subscribed it on upper band yesterday, so how can i unsubscribe it or modify the bid on ASBA as my online banking a/c is not showing such option for this IPO. can anyone help

50 rs the correct price.if greedy promoter will not intetested in reduction.let them go.they r cheating us.do not be in trap of price reduction

The per share price for the PE investors who invested 3 years back in the company is around Rs. 60 when the topline of the Company was around 480 crores and bottom line around 9 crores.

Now after 3 years, when the topline has grown to around 1000 crores and bottomline to around 21 crores, you believe that the price should be about Rs. 50

0 subscription from hni. .37 subscription in f1 .even they will sell in thus market condition.please ignore this ipo completely and urself. Their promoters would be laughing if u alow them to sail thru the ipo. the secondary market.unless that is not stablised no ipo will suceed. Anyway this ipo wil still be above 50 pe so clearly avoid. I will be looking at some good sme which are priced well and have lot of value in them.check jiya ecoproducts this stock is worth 80 rs available at 22 now or buy bluechips or good midcap xompanies. Nbcc is one of them

I think now it has worth to apply.

IPO which have reduce the price have historically listed at discount Booz investor faith in the company has compromised. IMO avoid this IPO Becaeven with price reduction it is still steeply priced. Also given the market conditions with senses in bear phase and bank nifty is technically today hit bear phase I would avoid all IPO. Avoid even at this new price band fair price is still 50% below this offer price

Even I had the same feeling. I''m not sure if the new price is fair or not. But I''ll follow your advice to not subscribe currently

I think that the financial numbers has been changed, it is something different compare to yesterday.
This should not happen else people will loss their faith in Chittorgarh.com.
Who so ever is in charge of this sight should immediately intervene and correct it and also give explanation that why it happened ?
I am totally surprised.

I have a policy of neither expecting exponential growth to continue for very long nor overpay for growth. A lot of IPO''''s come at a point where growth stabilising to normal like Just Dial.

Prabhat Diary looks way too expensive to me and I will not subscribe. I have companies in my portfolio that are at 60+ PE but those are still delivering exponential growth and I am holding them becaI bought them at much lower valuation before the growth story unfolded.

Agree with NC many nifty and sensex and large midcap stock r priced better then this IPO. It better to hold cash then invest in such time. Many good IPO will hit market mean time u can buy some good blue chips in secondary market

VRL LOGISTIC AND SYNGENE INTERNATIONAL WERE EXCELLNET COMOPANIES WHOSE PROFITS INCREASED AND EVEN THEN IT LEFT LOT OF ROOM FOR INVESTORS.
