Forget physical now from jan 1 2016 no physical , so get your self trained with online ASBA , all banks will now have asba application , at present SBI , IDBI , BANK OF INDIA , ANDRA BANK Have on line application , this site will open only when new IPO opens fill the forms as per the detai by the bank and apply you need to have demat account , in your name or familys name from one saving account you can apply for 5 family account , f. eq father ,mother ,youself , wife , and children if they are above 18 years

icici bank and hdfc bank donot allow to apply as they have their trading accounts you have to apply through their trading account
