Do not confuse others. Allotments will be in lots only. As far as Central Bank of India is concerned, the balancing figure of 3 shares were adjusted only those who applied for maximum (960) shares. JD is right.

the actual oversubscription in retail is 6.76 times but at cut off price it works out to 6.41 times so who have applied for 1875 shares (i.e)maximum they will get confm 292 shares.
