As a part of refund I got a courier from Karvy. I was expecting that it will be credited thru ECS. I have not used pay order (it is from Citibank). Do I need to sign at the back of it? What will be the process. Plz help

I have HDFC & ICICI Bank accounts in Delhi, and have already received the refunds in both accounts.

We are in the superfast computer world. It should not take more than 15 minutes to process the entire ECS. We are not in the manual mode. While many people got their refund, why it is retained unnecessarily. Bankers are trying to cheat public.
