Hey.. kya ho raha hai... absolutely ridiculous.. I don't know how you guys are coming up with your own set of numbers for oversubscription rate.. This is horrible.. Vishal.. Can you give the exact numbers..
It is possible because it is 2900 cr issue. For retail investor its around 1000 crs. so even at 5-6 times subcription retail investestor has poured in around 5000-6000 crore rupees.
IS IT POSSILE THAT RETAIL IS SUB ONLY 5-6 TIMES TILL NOW IF TOTAL ISSUE IS SUB ABOVE 60 TIMES ?// ACTUAL FIG WE WILL COME TO KNOW LATER AFTER 8.00 PM BUT, HOPE SO RETAIL SUB IS LESS MORE CHANCES OF ALLOTMENT .
Method of Proportionate basis of allocation in the Issue In the event of the Issue being over-subscribed, the Company shall finalize the basis of allocation in consultation with the Designated Stock Exchange. Bidders will be categorized according to the number of Equity Shares applied for by them and the allotment shall be made on a proportionate basis as explained below. (a) The total number of Equity Shares to be allotted to each category as a whole shall be arrived at on a proportionate basis, which is the total number of Equity Shares applied for in that category (number of Bidders in the category multiplied by the number of Equity Shares applied for) multiplied by the inverse of the over-subscription ratio. (b) Number of Equity Shares to be allotted to the successful Bidders will be arrived at on a proportionate basis, which is total number of Equity Shares applied for by each Bidder in that category multiplied by the inverse of the over-subscription ratio. (c) In all Bids where the proportionate allotment is less than 125 Equity Shares per Bidder, the allotment shall be made as follows: • Each successful Bidder shall be allotted a minimum of 125 Equity Shares; and • The successful Bidders out of the total Bidders for a category shall be determined by draw of lots in a manner approved by the Designated Stock Exchange. (d) If the proportionate allotment to a Bidder is a number that is more than 125 but is not a multiple of 125 (which is the market lot), the decimal would be rounded off to the higher whole number if that decimal is 0.5 or higher. If that number is lower than 0.5, it would be rounded off to the lower whole number. All Bidders in such categories would be allotted Equity Shares arrived at after such rounding off. (e) If the Equity Shares allocated on a proportionate basis to any category are more than the Equity Shares allotted to the Bidders in that category, the remaining Equity Shares available for allotment shall be first adjusted against any other category, where the allotted Equity Shares are not sufficient for proportionate allotment to the successful Bidders in that category. The basis of allocation
