how company might decide....on how many shares will be traded on BSE and how many on NSE???
let us take scenario - for example Powergrid is offering 9 crore shares (in retail category)....all bidding receive at cut-off price.. 8 crore bidding received on NSE and 5 crore bidding received on BSE
so finally how they will distribute amongst investors?
Last night by fluke I had mention that in case Sensex decline by 500 points and would this script remain stable in current range. Today closing though about 500 points on lower side, gives lot of comfort of this script stability. The company's return on equity is regulated and hence there does not exist any major upside as well as downfall. Participation by QIB, HNI and retail in FPO gives considerable confort. This script will give gains to investors on allotment, not big still reasonable. Also, in likelihood people would like to encash to put in small size Public Issue MOIL slated to hit in late November. Enjoy investing.
