You people have created confusion with regard to trading of shares allotted through FPO. Whether the shares allotted through FPO (and credited to DP A/c as well) can be sold before the listing date (for example 23.11.2010 in case of Power Greed) or not? Please clarify.

Mrinalendu-1203.Its all ok with your ASBA appli`n.You have demat account with other broker,not with SBI,then how will,SBI demat account will be linked,to your ASBA application.
I`ve applied suceefully with SBI ASBA for Coal India,and i`m having my account with India Infoline.All things succeded,and i got my shares in my Indiainfoline Demat only.
And also i`ve applied for two apllicatin (one demat is with India infolin,and another with M G Caps.)through,same SBI account.So dont worry.

IF ANYBODY CAN HELP ME TO SOLVE THE MATTERS i.e. I HAVE APPLIED POWER GRID IPO FIRST TIME TROUGH MY SBI ACCOUNT AND THE MONEY HAS KEPT IN LIEN ACCOUNT BUT QUESTION IS THAT I HAVE A DEMAT ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER BROKING HOUSE BUT NOT IN SBI, HENCE WHEN I HAVE CHECKED THE DETAILS OF LIEN HISTORY AND THERE IS MENTIONED THAT NO DEMAT ACCOUNT IS MAPPED TO YOUR USERNAME. IF U HAVE A DEMAT ACCOJNT WITH SBI, PLEASE REQUEST YOUR BRANCH TO MAP THE DETAILS TO YOUR INTERNAT BANKING USERNAME, WHAT DOES IT MEANS. AM I NOT GETTING ANY SHARES OF POWERGRID IPO. OR IS THERE ANY SOLUTION TO GO TO BANK AND SOLVE THE MATTER IMMIDIATELY. IF ANY BODY HELPS ME,I WILL BE HIGHLY OBLIGED. O.K. THANK YOU.

Yes. With so many IPOs & FPOs in the pipeline the Govt. would not like to have any failures. So the pricing of Manganese ore will be done carefully, as you said.

23 nov ko trading hogi alotted shares me
aur 26 nov ko moil ka ipo open hoga
aur price will be around 550
original price should be 600 but due
to psu company it may be priced around 550 and for retailer
it may b 500

I too feel that the issue will be priced at a PE multiple of around 15-16, as the case of CIL, At the current EPS of 27.4, the price band comes to around 400 to 435, that should be the price band for MOIL, Only fear is that the Issue size, which is very less compared to CIL, which may tempt the Govt to price it a little higher
