I calculated 80.50 as issue price insted of 85.50.

Please recalculate again, you have been alloted 279 shares @ 85.50

Seems there is mistake in the amount debited in HDFC ASBA. Amount debited does not match with multiples of share price.
Total shares applied 1040
Amount debited 23854.50
Shares credited are not known. However one canot arrive at this figure if we multiple any number of shares with 80.50.
For 1040 shares applied allottment should be 279 and amount debit should be 22459.50.
It appears that Karvy has made it a mess again.
