Sir,

We have benifitted a lot from advices of many good boarders including GEM, but its not the case that "GEM" is or was the only boarder that made this site popular.

At times his behaviour was very arrogant and on the matter of IPO PRICE DISCOVERY MECHANISM and allotment price, his knowledge was even poor than new boarders M.GUPTA and VAS NAT. He was fighting with M.GUPTA and even used bad words, infact M.GUPTA was very much correct and GEM was absolutely wrong.

I welcome decision of CHITTORGARH TEAM to ban such type of guys from this forum,

Hope GEM IPO FINDER doesn't use abusive language in his new avatar.

People can have temper but they should not be abusive.

We cant abuse friends and consider it as criticism.

One must know when one abuses others naming their mothers in the act, they treat others as less than human.

Hope better sense prevails.

I completely agree to you. I have never supported any boarder using abusive language. Afterall money is not everything at least for me. I visit this site to see the comments of yours and few others including Gem, Gane, Ravi.

You all are very few people who are real gems of this forum specailly Sreedhar. I don't want that any of these people leave this forum. Already SJ has left this platform.
2 months ago, you have also intended to leave this forum. But because of your graceful nature (rather i will say helping others) you changed your mind and made this forum further strong. At that time also i requested you not leave this forum.

Same is the case with Gem. As i know Gem, he is not so matured in behaving with othes and looses his temper so easliy. I hope Gem will understand the scenario and he will again rock this forum to join you in the list of * performers.

yes pl dont pamper gem ipo finder we should ask him to be cools also and not use bad words to fellow board members his name is not removed because his ideas or topics are not worth in facts he writes very good for the benifit of members but use bad words to members

While I welcome your support for gem ipo finder becos of his valuable contribution which I had acknowledged long back.When he was my best friend also I had advised him against using abusive language.It is not proper for him to abuse fellow boarders by insulting their fathers & mothers.Hope he restrains himself from such steps & continue his contribution.
