I have invested from 2 accounts. Have taken a gamble on the FPO as PFC seems to be fundamentally very strong company. I have a feeling that the listing price (the day when we get the shares) it would be around 198-200. But still it would fetch net returns of approx 2%. Lets hope for the best.

I have decided to apply in this issue. Although I might not get handsome profit, still it is safe issue. QIB is good ( 6.35 times), while HNII are low ( which is very good as they tend to sell applications on listing day). As per Sreedhar logic, where HNII are low, they give good profit ( like Godrej Property).

Surprised why Retailers are not applying in this issue. Worst come worst it may be a case of zero profit. It may be worth taking the risk compared to issues like Innoventive, Paramount, Servalakshmi etc.
